Our warehouse only operates on regular working days, and all order processing work will be suspended on weekends and official U.S. public holidays.

Processing cycles may be appropriately extended during peak shopping seasons and large-scale promotional activities with surging order volume. We will take the initiative to send email notifications to customers once obvious order delays occur to ensure timely information synchronization.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated according to package weight, size and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, without any hidden charges.

We provide standard shipping services for all in-stock bag products, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This duration is only a reference standard. Actual delivery speed may be affected by logistics carrier scheduling, customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service adjustments.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspections and is officially shipped, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email, which includes your exclusive tracking number and official logistics provider information.

Tracking information will be synchronized to the official query system within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Short-term data update delays are normal in cross-border logistics. You can contact our customer service team for manual assistance if tracking information cannot be queried normally after 48 hours.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall ensure that the shipping address, zip code and contact information filled in during checkout are accurate and complete. Please verify all delivery details carefully before payment to avoid delivery exceptions and package returns.

CALEB TAYLOR shall not be liable for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. If a package is returned due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping fees independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during cross-border transportation, please submit a lost parcel feedback application to our after-sales team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with logistics companies to conduct comprehensive traceability investigation and resolve the problem efficiently.

Long-distance transportation may cause unavoidable extrusion, friction or collision damage to bag products and outer packaging. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our after-sales team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear original photos of the packaging and damaged product parts. We will verify the actual situation and deliver a reasonable solution as soon as possible.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

Our bag products are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other high-quality materials. Each product is equipped with exclusive material-adapted care guidelines, covering daily use, cleaning and storage methods to help customers maintain the appearance and service life of the bags.

Product fading, deformation, accessory damage and structural failure caused by improper cleaning, inappropriate storage, private modification or artificial misuse are not quality defects. CALEB TAYLOR will not undertake after-sales warranty and compensation responsibilities for such man-made damage.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All cross-border international shipments are subject to the trade policies and customs supervision regulations of the destination country, and may incur import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other statutory import charges.

All customs-related expenses are borne solely by the customer. Product prices and shipping fees do not include any customs costs. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return and related losses caused by unpaid customs fees or violations of local import rules.
